WAIK for Win7 download missing WAIK tools

The download for WAIK for Win7 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=696dd665-9f76-4177-a811-39c26d3b3b34&displaylang=en ) does not contain the WAIK tools in it. The .iso only contains PE images and none of the tools. I need imageX and DISM.
I've noticed that the file downloaded is name waik_supplement_en.iso when it should be something like KB3AIK_en.iso. Does the TechNet article (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd349343%28WS.10%29.aspx ) have the incorrect link? Or is the wrong file uploaded?

Microsoft conveniently forgot about the RTM download for WAIK. The updated KB3AIK_EN.iso can no longer be found. I have access to this at work thankfully, but for other people, they need to fix this and put that download link back up for it. I think they were so excited about posting the updated supplement they forgot about the original install. Here is link, that is currently broken:

That is kind of what I gathered based on the 'supplement' in the filename. So how do I go about notifying Microsoft about the missing/broken link? -
Friday, February 18, 2011 4:38 PMI was able to get a copy from a colleague that had previously downloaded it. It's also available through MSDN, but they really should fix the link in the TechNet article.

Saturday, February 19, 2011 9:13 PMI sent Microsoft an email yesterday about this, they emailed me back, and this has now been fixed. Please see the link above in my original post.

I believe the supplement is still at this link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=696dd665-9f76-4177-a811-39c26d3b3b34&displaylang=en -
Tuesday, February 22, 2011 8:38 PMThat is actually the original WAIK RTM again. They announced that they have plans to put the supplement back up... just not yet.
