group policy service failed to login

Hi,
We have Windows 7 OS Enterprise Edition and uanble to log in to local administrator account & particular domain user account.
Group policy service faield to log in. access denied.
Request to help me which is causing for the above error.

In Windows 7, the built-in administrator account is disabled by default. In previous versions of Windows, an Administrator account was automatically created during Out-of-Box-Experience (OOBE) with a blank password.
There are two ways to enable the built-in Administrator account:
- Use the AutoLogon unattended Setup setting
- Use the Local Users and Groups MMC console

Hi ,
Could you login with administrator account now? In most case, this error was caused by a corrupted user profile.
To fix this error, local administrator permission is required.
