problem with runing games

when i bought my pc games were working properly, but now the same games are not working when i press the icon to run the game a window opens and tell me that the game stopes because of a problem and they will let me know when a solution is found.
some other games when i press the game icon, nothing happens and i press again and there is no respond.

Hi,
Are you able to open other programs on this computer?
Did you make any changes prior to this happens such as install or apply any updates?
I suggest you take the system restore and back to the early time to see how it works. Also, boot to Clean Boot mode to exclude the third party factors.

yes, most games and programs are running. just a few games are not.
and yes, i've setup many programs and i think that this is the problem, and system restore will not be the answer.
