KMS Count went down randomly??

Hi All,
I have a KMS server set up for my Windows 7 Enterprise images. I got the new image prepared using the generalize option so the computers weren't getting the same CMID. I have the KMS server setup correctly in DNS and I had over 25 activations. So, my computers were activating properly. However, now the count is somehow back down at 16. I'm not even sure how that's possible. The only thing I can think of is that I activated a server recently using the same KMS server and it was successful. Any thoughts?

Hi,
The client count on the KMS host ages out after 30 days, so the expectation is that the client will be contact the KMS host and renew every 7 days.
So the count for any one machine stays in the list for 30 days then ages out unless it's renewed. So at least 25 clients should be contacting the KMS host every 30 days.refer to:
