SysPrep /OOBE can't see my network adapter
-
Thursday, January 03, 2013 6:52 AMHi,
I'm trying to prepape Windows 7 image through WDS 2012. In /Audit mode I can see whole drivers, everything works fine. I've started Audit mode in different ways (SHIFT+CRTL+F3 on clean installation or sysprep /audit in Windows).
My problem is related to sysprep /oobe /generalize /shutdown because during OOBE process I can see that sysprep remove my NIC drivers. That is problem for me because I cannot capture image (I can do it on local disc, but this is not an idea) and can't stream new Installation. Can you please advice why Audit mode can see NIC driver, why /OOBE remove it, or in general - how I can resolve this issue.
Thnx!

Hi,
There’s similar thread you can try:
You can use PersistAllDeviceInstalls to reserve your drivers after sysprep /generalize but I am afraid the settings of the NIC card will still be reset. You may have a test.

Furthermore, I suggest to contact WDS forum for further help:
