Windows 7 Not Finish to show windows start after "Applying Update Operation 95658 of 95658 (Registry/Mach..)" then Restart Again
-
Tuesday, May 08, 2012 5:03 AMHi all...my i got the problem. My laptop Toshiba and windows 7 64 bit, after update windows he gave me to restart windows. Then show me "Applying update operation 95658 of 95658 (Registry/Mach..) but after this he automaticaly restart again. Then I tried to F8 safe mode, but no one can enter the window. After I tried all the F8 function no one can enter the window. Then I tried again with "Repair Computer" and I try startup repair, system repair and it still can not return to the show window. How do I fix it? other than re-install windows.

Hi,
insert the Windows 7 disc, select "repair options" and "command prompt".
Type in :
C: cd windows/winsxs del pending.xml
Than reboot the system.
Kind regards,

I would say run a:
sfc /scannow
to scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions.

he run verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
