The first was to install a System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=914fbc5b-1fba-4bae-a7c3-d2c47c6fcffc&displaylang=en).
ofcourse i think there is a mismatch between the OEMBIOS.DAT and the BIOS , that for solved this problem you must reinstall windows.
before you reinstall OS please use this command
SFC /Scannow

There are a number of possible problems here - the 422 relates to services not being able to start, or being disabled.
run the following commands in an Elevated Command prompt...
NET START SPPSVC
NET START SPUINOTIFY
If you get any response other that 'starting... started' or 'already started' then post back with details.

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no devices associated with it - NET START SPPSVC
The service name is invalid - NET START SPUINOTIFY
Sorry if that's insufficient details, not very computer savvy

OK -
I've uploaded a small file SPPUINOTKEYw7.zip to my Skydrive at https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=936736BB8FCEB92F&id=936736BB8FCEB92F%21485
please download it and extract the content to your desktop
right-click on the extracted SPPUINOTKEYw7.reg file and select Merge
accept the warnings, and OK the 'success' message you should get - then reboot.
Run another MGADiag report, and post hte results.

Please run the two commands again, in an Elevated Command Prompt
NET START SPPSVC
NET START SPUINOTIFY
Copy/paste teh results to your reply
Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

I seem to have neglected a space in that command - so it didn't run....
SC CONFIG SPPSVC /Start= delayed-auto
SC START SPPSVC
(quite why MS is so inconsistent in this type of thing defeats me!)
then run another MGADiag report.Sorry about that (too much multi-tasking, and not enough caffeine!)

OK - we'll have to try it the 'easy way' :)
Open SERVICES.MSC
look there for the Software Protection Service
double-click on it
In the Genral tab, you'll see a selection dropdown for Startup
Select 'Automatic (Delayed Start)'
Click on Apply - what happens?
Now click on Start - what happens?
close the window by clicking OK, and reboot
run another MGADiag report.

...actually, check the Key, it will show as being blocked, in all likelihood - it's been published all over the internet.
You need to change the Key to the one on your COA Sticker, and activate that - use the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page.

Thanks, as I have a netbook it's always shifting around on my lap, and the number has rubbed off and is no longer there, I have win 7 starter edition.
And a BIG BIG BIG thank you :D you were very helpful with this problem and have fixed the problem(:

In such circumstances, the only things you can do are
1) Contact the manufacturer direct, and see if they can provide assistance with the Key
2) a reformat and reinstall using the manufacturer's recovery media
3) purchase a new license for Windows (or a new computer)
There *may* be an
alternative solution though, if you are patient and persistent.Attempt Telephone
Activation, and speak to an operator - they will tell you that your current Key
is blocked (they should then ask for confirmation of your Product Key). Explain
to them your problem, that you need to change the Key to the one on your sticker,
but that the sticker is unreadable (could they please supply a replacement
Key?). Hopefully they will ask for documentary proof of the sticker, in the
form of an email with a picture of the affected sticker - and you can proceed
from there.Sometimes it takes two or three calls before you get an operator who actually knows and uses
this procedure - but I know that it can and does happen.Noel Paton | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi | CrashFixPC | The Three-toed Sloth

Thursday, November 22, 2012 12:53 PMI shall just purchase a new license I suppose. Thank you very much for helping me(: I really appreciate it superb job(:!

Try the telephone request first - it'll save you a lot of money if/when it works!
You're welcome.
