Error 0xc00000e9

Sunday, March 25, 2012 2:21 AMI'm attempting to format and boot Windows and every time I do it keeps telling me the Error 0xc00000e9 and I really have no clue what to do. I'm installing Enterprise x32bit and any help would be appreciated, thank you.
