Can't add hyper-v tools from RSAT

I am using Windows 7 Professional and I have installed Remote Server Administration Tools (fromWindows6.1-KB958830-x64-RefreshPkg.msu). But I can't get the "Hyper-V Tools" feature to install using "Turn Windows features on or off". I get the generic: "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed."
It then prompts me to reboot.
In the event log, under "Setup", I found this:

I don't believe it works in Windows 7... it is meant for server only.
i know i have not been able to get it to work on any flavor of 7 but for the record... my tinkering with it was pretty limited

Hi,
According to your description, I suggest to perform these tests:
1 Reinstall RSAT on Windows 7.
2 Try to use DISM command to enable the feature:
C:\>dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:
If the issue persist, I suggest to contact Hyper-V forum for further help:

Leo, thanks for replying. I only posted here because I was told I was in another wrong forum! It is an installation issue - I'm not asking for help with Hyper-V. I'll try what you suggest and report back.
