Wednesday, June 13, 2012 9:23 PMHi all,
I have un TSE installed on Windows 2003 server with licences and usually administrate it with XP SP3 and the tse licensing manager snap in.(given by adminpack)
i would like to do the same with a windows 7 ultimate client (always to administrate the tse licences on my windows 2003 server). It exist un sort of adminpack for Windows 7 with a terminal server manager tool, but no tool to directly administrate the licences without open a remote desktop.
Hope somebody help me.- Moved by Carey FrischMVP, Moderator Wednesday, June 13, 2012 11:47 PM Moved to more appropriate forum category (From:Windows 7 Miscellaneous)

Hi,
Here is a blog on the Terminal Server Licensing Manger and Remote Desktop Licensing Manager can be referred to.

I suggest you run Windows Server 2008 R2, since the architecture of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 is the same.

Hi,
you can remotely manage servers from a Windows7 PC, if you install the RSAT:

For Windows7 to administer servers, use RSAT.Don
