Building a new computer

I am building a new computer and I have a retail version of W7 Pro. From MGADIAG, I see:
Windows Product ID: 00371-178-0257597-85612
Windows Product ID Type: 5
Windows License Type: RetailI know I can re-install W7 on this new computer, so long as I remove it from the old one and I have original media.
But if I just install it, I will then have to go through all of the various security updates and service pack installations to bring it up to date (and my internet connection here is only around 1 mbps). Is there any way of obtaining an installation file that already has all the current service packs and security updates? (I have access to a faster connection elsewhere, so I could download it there and burn to a DVD, if necessary).
Thanks in advance.
Ron

The latest integrated ISO files include Service Pack 1 and are available for download from the links referenced at this site...If your media are the original RTM version, it's worth downloading the appropriate one and using that.If your media already contain the Service Pack, there is no advantage to downloading.

The only update published by Microsoft for Windows 7 is Service Pack 1 (SP1) which can be downloaded @ http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842
Any updates since SP1 will have to be downloaded individually or installed via Windows Update.
