Install Failure: Windows cannot be installed to disk 0 partition 1

Friday, February 08, 2013 6:13 AMI have an Acer, Aspire 5336 Series, when i install Windows 7 Pro when i get to the point where i am supposed to select the drive it says "Windows cannot be installed to Disk 0 Partition 1, i then downloaded (SATA AHCI Driver) and Chipset_Intel on Acer Support since i don't have a driver disk but when i inset the drivers it keeps saying, the are matching drivers....Please any help ?

You can try to clean the disk with diskpart, when the page where you can choose disk appears hit Shift+F10 you will get a commando prompt, in the commando prompt start diskpart.
run diskpart
then:
Diskpart> list disk
Diskpart> sel disk 1 <---------------- the number of you usb
Diskpart>clean
Diskpart>create part pri
Diskpart>format fs=ntfs quick
Diskpart>Active
Diskpart>Assign
Maybe you can install windows after that.
