  This is an MDT initiated install, installing from a hard disk booted WinPE.

  Have seen this work on other hardware, but the issue currently having is on VMWare Workstation 7 VMs. Wondering if anyone has seen this or can shed light on it. Searching for this error and other errors I see, lead to discussions about USB drives or removable hard drives, which we don't have. We have a very typical default VM. Tried playing with boot orders, and configuration of the disk to be IDE, etc. Looking for any more ideas or insight.

  Here is the last part of the log that I think is most relevant. Above that looked fine, but I can attach more if people think that might help.
