HEEELP! HOW TO DUAL BOOT WINDOWS 7 WITH WINDOWS 8

I just bought an Asus N56-Series N56VJ-DH71 and the guy at the store told me I could use windows 7 home premium to dual boot with windows 8 because i need this laptop to run a serrato program and it doesnt have yet the support yet windows 8. so I got home edition premium and it keeps freezing at the swirly colored ball loading screen. I don't know what to do So I followed the steps that microsoft tech told me but it freezes at the loading screen with the swirling colored balls. I really need some help!!!

To Downgrade to Windows 7. or dual boot.

You must have the uEFI/BIOS firmware setting in Step Three set.
