Windows 7 Media Center Netflix and Hulu plugins
I have the released version of Windows 7 I received for attending a Windows 7 developer conference this week. I installed it on my laptop and like what I see so far. The one exception is that the Netflix plugin does not show up in media center as it does with Vista. I have read all the posts in this forum having to do with Netflix and what I gather is that it is coming soon. Any idea of when it will be available? Also, like others, I would love to see a Hulu plugin integrated into Windows 7 media center.

- I don't think the Netflix plugging is going to be available till around the offical release date for Win7 which is October 22nd. As for Hulu you might want to try Hulu desktop and using Media Center Studio http://www.adventmediacenter.com/ to intergrate it into you MC's start page. It's not a perfect solution as it minimize's MC and puts Hulu desktop to full screen, but its better then nothing.

It works well most of the time sometimes the remote gets stuck on the extra menu on exit though. After further exploration, I found out that all I needed to do is to start MC7 and install the Internet TV option. Once that completed, the Netflix plugin shows up along with a lot of other cool plugins.
- I emailed Hulu asking about a plug-in for Media Center 7 and actually got a reply from them. They want to do one but can't right now because of the content licenses' problems. It appears Netflix has the muscle to get exclusive rights from Starzs.
