Petition for (ATE) Advanced Tag Editor for WMP 12
-
Tuesday, November 17, 2009 2:41 AMMSFT plz restore ATE to WMP 12 on W7.
If you agree to this feature please respond to this thread below.
The loss of this valuable function to WMP is both mystifying and counterintuitive to anything with a semblance of "pure productivity". Windows 7 was built for enhanced productivity in mind and the loss of functionality of some applications within the WMP architecture from WMP11--->WMP12 must be for a good reason. However at this time this user cannot understand the logic. I had no runtime errors with ATE on WMP11 for as long as I used WMP. Please bring ATE back in the next series of updates or by way of a hotfix.

Tuesday, February 28, 2012 8:12 PMThe Windows Media Player Plus! plug-in adds a new tag editor to WMP so you could give that a try. The tag editor can be accessed by right-clicking a song and selecting Tag Editor Plus.
