HELP!!!!! I'm trying to watch movies purchased from iTunes on my laptop (HP Pavilion g6) with Windows 7 and I can't get the tracking right. The movie will pause and have no sound, skip several frames ahead and start again. I've tried to fix it thru my Control Panel audio check but there's no hope.... I'm totally computer illiterate, well, maybe not totally - I got here didn't I?
Any suggestions? I wanna watch 'The Lake House' now ... :(

Hi,
Wrong forum, you ask in the System Center Operations Manager forum !
Please try in the Windows 7 Media forum here:

Hi,
Can you tell me what Video Player do you use to watch movies. Quick Timer, Windows Media Player or others? Also what’s the file type about these movies?
As you mentioned that these movies always have no sound. It’s probably like a Codec issue. In my opinion I would like suggest you download the latest Codec and install it for check.
Regards.
