Hi,
Based on my research, please also try the following:
1. Check if you can access the NAS by “\\NAS name\” or “\\NAS’s IP Address\” (without quotations.). If there is any error message received, please let us know.
2. Adjust sharing settings to see if it helps:
1) Go to “Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings”.
2) Under “File sharing connections”, select “Enable File Sharing for Devices that Use 40 or 56-bit encryption”.
3) Under “Password protected sharing”, select “Turn off password protected sharing”.
4) Save above changes.
Hope this helps. Thanks.

- I had this same problem but with a Linksys NAS NSLU2 http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/products/NSLU2.
The following link worked for all 3 of my Win 7 HP desktops and laptops.

The only difference is this lmcompatibilitylevel key does not exist in the LSA registry section - I added it and set the dword value to 1 and I had full access to my linkdisk NAS.
Give it a shot.
Lazy - I went to thw web site all the information there is about Vista and tryed a few of the suggestion but none of them worked.
