16 Toshiba laptops running Windows 7 Pro connect to our network wirelessly. Sometimes we get the message
"There are no logon servers available to service the logon request"
Sometime rebooting the machine fixes the problem, sometimes it does not. Connecting the laptops with an ethernet cable allows them to connect fine. Disconnect and then try again wirelessly and then sometimes they will connect fine. Each of the laptops is uniquely numbered and identified and there is no correlation between these numbers and which machines exhibit the problem on any one day.
We have changed the setting in GPEDIT.msc on all laptops under Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon and then changed the setting for “Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon” to Enabled. This has not resolved the issue.
The system time has been checked and is correct.
This problem is not reproduceable, but it does continue to happen apparently at random.
I have looked in Event Viewer and am unable to understand anything that I see there, apart from that all of the Logon events appear OK.
Can anyone tell me, please, if this is a client issue or a server issue or what, as I am unable to make any sense of this random performance?
If more information will help from my end then please feel free to ask for it, but please be specific in explaining what you would like to see and where I must get it from.

This happens at our place too. Same thing if the computers aren't wired we sometimes get the no logon servers message as well.
