Ahhhhh - 300 PCs coming up with "Trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed" at random, need a REAL fix from Unjoin Rejoin

Just rolled out an image last week to 300+ Windows 7 32-bit Enterprise PCs, and having reports that at random they are coming up with the message.
I can't seriously keep unjoining and rejoining these PCs to the domain, so I have had similiar issues with a different windows 7 image, so what can I do or rather Microsoft do to put this right?
I need a fix or setting which I can deploy with Group Policy to fix this mess....
The PCs were fine last week, and now they are all dropping out one by one with the trust message, someone help!!!!!!
Tried patch windows6.1-kb976494-x86 on the PCs affected and the patch won't even install with the message "The update is not applicable to your computer" ???? Why isn't it applicable, its the right 32-bit patch....!!!

Hi,
The cause should be that the computer's machine account has the incorrect role or its password has become mismatched with that of the domain database.
I suggest you reset computer account in domain and check the domain Active Directory settings.
