    Hi,

This issue can occur by incompatible network adapter driver or incorrect network settings. Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1. Upgrade the Wireless network adapter driver for Windows 7. If there is no Windows 7 driver, please install the driver for Windows Vista in Compatibility Mode.

    2. Bypass the router and connect to DSL modem directly via wired cable. Does the issue persist?

    3. Temporarily turn off the firewall on the computer and router (if it has).

    4. Assign a static IP address and DNS.

    a) Click "Start", input "NCPA.CPL" (without quotation marks) and press Enter.

    b) Right click on the connection that you use for the local connection, and then click "Properties".

    c) Click to select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)", and then click "Properties".

    d) Please manually assign the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and the DNS settings referring to the settings of the router or the good computer.

    Thanks,

    Novak
