I Have the same problem with this driver !
Intermittent crashes during internet use .
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
*** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x1440000C,0x00000002,0x000000001,0x905C877F)
*** netr70.sys - Address 905C877F base at 905A1000, DateSt amp 45923fd3
or wdf01000.sys
It turns out this is a driver that gets "excited" when downloading two things or more at once (downloads, youtube videos, etc...)
Same again here :

Tuesday, August 18, 2009 7:51 PMHi nick, adam, mushroom57,
I dont get any crashes anymore. I used the latest updates from Windows Update. If that doesn't work, I suggest you download the drivers from the manufacturers website, bearing in mind the age of the devices and whether Windows 7 supports it by their WHQL.
I am not sure what exactly solved the problem. I defragged my hard, ran a full scandisk, did a bit of cleaning of dust on the graphics card. I also had my router replaced recently. I had a theory that the router was sending a bad packet or something to the wireless usb device causing it to crash. It only happened when multitasking, watching a streaming video, downloading a file etc.
I wish you best of luck in solving your problem.
