    Hi ,

    When did you receive this error?

    Did you make some changes before this issue occurs?

    Is you user account in the administrator group? You may enable the built-in Administrator account and log on with it and see the result.

    Take a look in the event log and post the details about this error.

    Also, test the issue in Clean Boot Mode and Safe Mode.
