I goofed up
-
Tuesday, May 22, 2012 2:57 AMI thought I was installing my copy of windows word, excell, etc but I accidently threw in an "enterprise" edition. I recognized my mistake right away after putting it in but when I came to uninstalling it I found out that that must have made my PC a network and I can no longer uninstall or install anything. The rest of my PC appears to be running great but obviously my mistake has given me anxiety on this. I do not want to factory restall but hopefully you can help.

1. To uninstall Office 2010 look here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/en-us
2. Not sure what role plays the network. You have applications that you would like to install on corporate network, or you use the software e-shop? If the latter is true, then contact the support for e-shop. If the former is true address your problem to application administrator.
3. For any problems with Office use forum here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us or IT http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/officeitpro
