    Whether your question is using two different Internet Explorer versions at the same time or two different OS's at the same time the answer is NO unless you virtualize.  If you create a virtual machine then that is two different OS's at the same time as well as the ability to run two different Internet Explorer versions at the same time.

    Hi,

    You can not use different IE versions at the same time.

    For Operation systems, yes, set up a dual-boot system.
