Memory low error

I am running Win 7 Pro and have had no problems. However for the last couple of days first thing in the morning when i log in it shows a out of memory error and has shut down a number of app's. I have added nothing in the recent history to account for this.
I have the system set to never go to sleep and never shut down the hard drives. I have 6GB of RAM.
Resource monitor shows 2GB in use and 4GB in standby with none free.
Any advice on how to proceed?

Phil
do you reboot your computer or sleep it over night?
Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here (if you can) to skydrive or a file sharing serviceMS-MVP 2010, 2011, 2012 Team ZigZag

The machine is left on 24/7, no sleep.
This is the sky drive data

Only happens over night when I am not on the machine, never during working.- Edited by philbohrer Sunday, January 13, 2013 12:48 AM

Hi,
Please also logon with Safe Mode or Clean Boot to see if the same issue occurs. Background application may cause that issueIn addition, you can refer this article:

Thanks for the input, but I have solved my problem.
I increased Virtual Memory to 50GB. My Page File is now 48.8GB and my Commit Charge has dropped from an average of 90% down to 15%.
