    Last week I had my computer re-imaged and upgraded to windows 7. Now when I plug in the kindle via usb it doesn’t show up under removable storage devices. Other devices like my ipod and external hard drive work fine. I called kindle and after we did the trouble shooting they told me it was a computer issue. 

    I’ve tried to uninstall then reinstall kindle software, but when it’s reinstalling it crashes my computer every time. I get the BSOD.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
