Hey guys,
My laptop has recently started giving me a BSOD when it goes into sleep mode. I've zipped up the .dmp file so you guys can take a look. The link is below.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?
Type System information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. What is your BIOS version and date?
Late Edit:
Please details what security software you are using.
Hope this helps, Gerry

Hello,
I've got a dell XPS L501X laptop. The BIOS version is a Dell Inc. A03, 10/15/2010. For antivirus software, I use the Norton Security Suite, version 6.2.1.5
Thanks for the help!

Hi Ricky,
After checking the dump file, I found the error code 0x9F was received. You can refer to the following article:Bug Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff559329(v=vs.85).aspx
Meanwhile, you can try the following:1. Check the issue in safe mode
2. Update your BIOS, chipset and drivers
Furthermore, I suggest that you can contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently.Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS)
Hope this helps
