I have a new Samsung Series 7 Chronos Laptop with AMD Graphics and Core i5 CPU. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting Blue Screens, only when my computer is asleep, or when it is shutting down. As of now, my computer refuses to shut down at all, and when I start the computer back up, after the computer shuts down itself, I get the following message, about how Windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown. The problem details are:

It may help to look at the minidump files from the crashes with a debugger.
Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?
The following link has information on using Windows Live SkyDrive:
If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop
Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

The Stop 0x0000009F (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) indicates that a driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.
We need to analyze to DMP file to know which was the faulting driver: upload the DMP file from the \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SkyDrive (read the page at http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65), make it publicly accessible and post the URL here.
Bye.

Hello,
I tried using SkyDrive, but couldn't find the settings for making the file public, anyway, here is the Dropbox link for the zip file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vl439so206rivpw/Minidump.zip
Hope this helps. As a reference, I had downloaded an .exe a few weeks ago for Paragon HFS for Windows, which is the software used to read items for a Mac-specific external Hard drive. I am thinking that might have been the cause for the problems. I have already uninstalled the software.
Thanks a lot for the help, Luigi and auggy!

The driver that appears to have caused the crashes is the gpt_loader.sys:

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for gpt_loader.sys

Implicit thread is now fffffa80`0990ca30
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys
Probably caused by : partmgr.sys ( partmgr!PmQueryBusRelations+69 )The gpt_loader.sys, a Paragon driver, is dated Nov 18. 2010 so you could check with Paragon and see if an updated driver or fix is available
