hi,
my first question is as follows :
when i run disk check in hp support assistant i find smart check issue then i go to help it says defragment the disk in details of defrtagmentation i find first analyze it if it is 10% or above then defragment it now.
but when i analyzed it i found 5% .
what should i do to get rid of smart check issue ?
and my 2nd question is as follws :
i have hp pavillion dv6 2138ca notebook pc and windows 7 64 bit. i have problem with recovery manager which is built in hp and publisher is cyberlink, it says this program will not reinstall software programs or the windows operating system.
when i try to reinstall synaptics touchpad through hardware driver reinstallation, getting from the list of factory installed drivers. and finish it successfully and restart , again i see the same situation as it was before reinstalling.
kindly help me by giving the valid link through which i can download valid windows 7 64 bit recovery manager or providing valid solution for this problem.
thanks
