No Restart on Windows 7 ultimate

Hi, After loading Mozilla 13, I went to restart to launch some add-ons and my computer went to repair mode and when it finally did
re-boot,Mozilla 13 was gone! I want to use it & sync it with Chrome,any solutions?

You can try System Restore to check if the problem be resolved.
For Mozilla Firefox problem, you also can post your issues to Mozilla support forum.
