Use Sysinternals' Process Explorer (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653) and Autoruns (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx) to find the process responsible for showing that message: Autoruns is able to find that process if it is loaded and executed at the system boot, allowing you to disable that process thus preventing it from starting at the system boot.
I also suggest you to perform a full antivirus/wntispyware scan of your system.Bye.
