Windows 7 freezes

Saturday, December 22, 2012 5:39 AMMy computer is slow to open and shut down. It freezes when I try to go to another page. It takes a few seconds to change or it will not change at all. I ran a System Report. In system report steps in the event viewer, it said to check for red errors and and the exclamation icons. I have many red error icons. It doesn't tell me what actions to take regarding the red icons. Help!

You can boot the computer into Clean Boot mode and Safe Mode to check if it gets faster.
