    When I starts my PC,I only manage to see user account and then I could not access desktop. A blank black screen appears and only hard drives appears. Please tell me some solution

    boot in safe mode. create a new account transfer all of the files and settings from the old desktop to the new one. rename it . make it and administrator. delete the old one. should solve everything:)
