Proposed Installation issue with Hydration Kit 2.0

    I am installing the Hydration kit on Windows Server 2008 R2 mounted on Oracle Virtual Box.

    The problem I am having is when it gets to the point to add the server role for the Dot Net 3.5 installation, it errors with "Role Installation with ServerManagerCmd.exe failed, rc = -532459699"

    I have tried making sure all updates are installed, etc.

    Anyone have ideas?
