Run BitLocker Drive Encryption Wizard from command line

I'm looking for a way to run the BitLocker Drive Encryption Wizard from a command prompt. This is the GUI wizard that appears when you Open BitLocker Drive Encryption in the control panel, and then select Turn On BitLocker.
We normally enable Bitlocker this way, but are having an issue where we can't because our remote support software can't interact with the UAC prompt correctly. I know there's many wants to enable and interact with Bitlocker via script and command line commands, but I'm looking for a simple way to just run the BitLocker Drive Encryption GUI Wizard from the command line, and then we can do the Bitlocker Configuration from the GUI wizard the same way we have been doing it.

Hi,
Generally, we could use the Manage-bde.exe tool to manage BitLocker Drive Encryption:
