Certificate Error

Monday, May 07, 2012 7:44 PMHow do I work around an "certificate error: navigation blocked" using internet explorer 9? When I've gotten this security warning in the past, I would just click the "continue to the website (not recommended) and it would go through. For whatever reason it won't work though. I'm using Windows 7. This is a government site and like most of them I get a certificate warning.

Please disable the firewall and the security program temporary to test the issue.
