Where is Manage-bde.exe -status getting it's values from?

I am trying to find the resulting values from manage-bde.exe -status to be able to determine relevance in running an action.
Where does it pull the "Conversion Status" "Percentage Encrypted" and "Protection Status" from?
Thank You!

Hi,
I'm afraid the command -statue cannot meet your requirement. There is no to value to determine relevance in running an action. It only can verify that encryption has completed.
Meanwhile, you can use Manage-bde.exe –status -? to show help.
