How to suppress Unknown Publisher question without turning off UAC?

I have already checked the Run as administrator in the Advanced Property of the shortcut. After I click the shortcut, I will get the UAC question "Do you want to allow the following program an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?
Program name: xxx.exe
Publisher: Unkown
File origin: Network drive
I need to click the Yes button in order to run the exe.
How can I suppress this question without turning off UAC?

I don't think you can, it's part of the way UAC us supposed to operate to give you notification that this is an untrusted publisher. If you could just run executables without any oversight of UAC, then what's the point of UAC?
If you have a legit software package, then why not look up how to write and publish your application so that it is a known publisher?

UAC is designed to block unsigned programs. It cannot be changed.
UAC is intended to help protect users from malicious threats so what you want would break the malware protection.
If you developed the program, you can publish it and then it will not evoke UAC when installed properly.

I don't develop the app. How can you make a third-party application to become known publisher? I wonder why UAC cannot be controlled to skip checking for certain applications. IE allows you to add trusted sites why UAC does not have a fucctionality to add trusted app.
