MBAM 2.0 client not reporting

I'm currently testing MBAM 2.0 on a standalone server (WS2k12 with SQL 2008 R2 SP2)
I am experiencing difficulties getting my clients to report to the MBAM Server
the client log show the following;

Hi,
Follow the instructions in the below link.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2612822
After you make these changes, restart the MBAM server for the modifications to take effect.
