I want to add an Exception to  Port Numbers such as 80,8000,81
I could able to do this in Vista through "Add A Port" Option but not in Windows 7 and unable to find such an option.

    Greetings,

you can do it opening the "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security". Just type in the search box "firewall" and you'll see it in the start menu results. Once there just create a new rule, whether you can block programs or specific ports.

    G'luck.

Just click new rule and add a custom rule. You'll be able to add any port-range port at your discretion.

    G'luck
