    Hi All

    I carried a repair install on win 7 sp1. After the installation my firewall will not work I get the following error.

    Cannot start Windows 7 Firewall. Get Error 08x007042c.

    I found that in Services the Base filtering engine was  not started. When I try to start it I get the following error.

    Windows could not start the Base Filtering Engine service on local computer. Error8: Not enough storage space is

    available to process this command.

    I hope someone can help.
