    MyPC was originally an X64 based Vista Home system.  A year ago I UPGRADED to Win 7 Home Premium.

    Lately, if I try to do a System Restore I get this error:  0x80070005 and verbage with it stating that a file is unavailable and that an anti-virus prog might be the problem.

    With NO AV pgm running and regardless of what I do, the SYS Restore fails...ALWAYS with the same error.

    Anyone have any idea or way to help?
