hi,
opened c:\ in folder view and found folder named 6bd77c26b5ac0b6e549eaecd it says folder empty but permissions say i am not permitted to view owner or permissions, happened after night terrorist hacker visitor got to my acer, any thoughts

No, this is the "remnant" from update process. You can safely ignore it. If you really want to remove this folder, then you should do it with SYSTEM rights. I do tasks like this one with the help of task scheduler that starts windows explorer in interactive mode with system rights. Do it after restart to be sure that no process is "holding" the "magic" folder.
inspect your WindowsUpdate.log file for errors too.
