    On my Windows 7 client i have two smartcard readers attached, a Omnikey 5321 contactless reader and a Omnikey 3121 contact reader.
    The Omnikey 5321CL we use to log on to Citrix/Terminal server with a proximity smartcard. Works fine!
    Once in the citrix/TS session, we use the Omnikey 3121 to insert a different smartcard wich we use in an application to authenticate. (in IE)

    My problem, i can't login with our proximity card when the second smartcard is inserted in the Omnikey 3121. 
    Question, is there a way to exclude the second cardreader for windows logon (we only want to use this reader for application based authentication)

    Hi,

    This depends on the card providers itself. I suggest you contact the card manufacturer for assistance.
