How to hide Link Online IDs option

We are using Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64 bit in our environment. We want to hide Link Online IDs option from User Accounts under Control Panel. Please help.

Hi,
Based on my research, we can only hide Control Panel items from the Control Panel window, which can be found in the link below:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee330741(v=vs.85).aspx
I cannot find that the Link Online IDs listed in it. I suspect we cannot remove it from User Accounts Panel.
