I have a new Dell Inspiron N4110 laptop but the speed of laptop is very slow as expected.

Processor- Intel(R) Core(TM)i3-2350M CPU @2.30GHz
2.30GHz
RAM- 4 GB
Problem- Its uses 1.40GB memory whicle no application
is running. And bootup is very slow, it take around 2
minutes to start up.
Help me plz

We would need a ton more info to help.
A snip of the task manager performance tab sorted by RAM would be a start. What apps are loading at start up?, we could use msinfo32 to see what is loading at startup, etc.
Please also run MSinfo32 and upload the output as well.
To run MSinfo32 please go to start>run>MSinfo32
Go to "file" "save" and upload the saved file with the DMPS
(Instructions for XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8)2 mins is not really excessive for an i3 especially if there are many things loading at start up.
