I cannot print envelopes in Word 2010 or Publisher 2010

Wednesday, May 02, 2012 8:45 PMWhen I print any other document, it prints just fine. But envelopes print out blank. I've tried both Publisher and Word (2010). I've never had this problem before and I have already updated my drivers. My printer is a Brother DCP-7040.

Since this problem seems to be related to Office applications, I'd suggest you to ask this question in the Office Answers Forum at the following address

Check the printer settings in the two programs.
