Blue Screen Problem in Winodws 7 ultimate

Hi Team,
i am using Dell Inspiron 14R N 4110 Core i3 2.1GHz with 4GB Ram.
When i am working on my laptop, suddenly the system shows the blue screen,
It shows "Physical Memory dump creating"
The msg i am getting is

The Stop 0x000000D1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory (for wirting, as indicated by the value of the BCP3 parameter) at a process IRQL that was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers that have used improper addresses.
Upload the DMP file from the \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SkyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can analyze it and suggest you how you can solve this problem.
