    I have a couple of these errors in the event log and my audio is not working and this error has to do with my creative

    soundblaster i have read that deleting KB2507938 might fix it and i have read that it might be a c++ problem (i have the

    2010 version) I ran the sxstrace.exe and it gave me the options. Can someone please help me with this issue?

    According to this picture, this problem is caused by CTAudSeu.exe from Creative, you could contact the software provider to check this issue.

    thank you for responding i have figured out how to use the pnputil.exe from my other forum post link:

    I have been working with the creative support techs on the problem but i have figured out more about it then they seem to know about the problem. i am having to go a long way about it because the uninstallers are not working for some reason.
